This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at ZAPS Batteries located in Paiania. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to managing our battery product portfolio. This includes product development, market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, product launches, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and distributors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of commercial companies • Strong product management skills, including product development, pricing strategies, and product launches • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Negotiation skills with suppliers in Europe, Eastern Europe, Balkans, Asia. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the automotive or battery industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field.
